  Such a scam. I made my reservation online for a 12" and it said $41 and some change, plus I also called. I get to the store and it came up to $232. Nobody or anything said there would be a $150 deposit. The guy at the store told me he was checking the trucks fuel level and make sure it was clean and my size truck was not in inventory so he gave me a 16". He marked everything was clean and it was full. Well before pulling off I like to do my own inspection. There was food all of the inside of the back of the truck and the floor board of the cabin. I took video and pictures. I had to clean the truck myself. As I was driving to my destination I keep an eye on my speed and as I'm driving I noticed the mileage gage was jumping from one number back to the original mileage. It was flickering while driving. Even after I return the truck I still came out of pocket $82 for the truck rental and have to wait a week before I see my $150 deposit and that's double the amount advertised and I reserved the truck for. It's a lie and not worth the hassle! It was nasty having to clean someone else food and gunk.

  I would give zero stars if possible. Rented a truck for moving day. Truck was not in their inventory on moving day. Very frustrating and stressful on moving day. Get your act together.

  I rented a truck and trailer and had a lovely trip. The people who worked with me was respectful and had a good a sense of humor. You couldn’t ask for a better way of traveling The cost was half of the other trucking companies.
