    Scam. I parked here for a concert and used the kiosk to pay for it. I entered my license plate number, selected 6 hours, swiped my card, and got a receipt with my license plate number on it. I only parked there for 2 hours. 3 weeks later, after I had already thrown away the receipt, I got a $102 ticket in the mail.
