- NON OMay 9, 20251.0If you are 1 minute or more over your end time they will send you a notice and charge you $102.00 fine. Be aware this is not posted anywhere in parking lot or on the receipt. There is no grace period just highway robbery. They don’t email you to notify you to extend your parking as you near the end time or let you know the fee if you go over. If you are attending game events, I would not use these parking lots due to excessive fees and intentional deceptive practice. PRRS is the company that handles the monitoring and fines for several parking lots in downtown Phoenix. If attending game events or concerts use the parking lots with no times or overnight parking. Verify your entire allowed parking time for the event or how long you can stay parked for the fee paid.
