- MLMichael LeeAug 16, 20251.0Worst company ever. They tried to overcharge me luckily I noticed and they gave me an 800 dollar credit. I would recommend. Them to no one. The machine also malfunctioned and I requested a credit and they said "we exhausted credits to you already and can't again." They exhausted credits because of their mistakes not mine, so that isn't my issue. Do not use them unless you want to be scammed and overpay!

- ENEddie NicholsJun 25, 20251.0Im adjusting my review once again as the company has decided to raise the monthly rate for a cheap piece of plastic. it's bad enough that the device can be faulty at times, the customer service department has a serious language barrier, and never really help out. the lease on this cheap device is up soon and even if the MVD denies my appeal to have it removed at that time, I'm going to have it removed and find a better service. I'm blowing into this device 20-30 times a day and it's starting to have an effect on my lungs from blowing so hard to be sure the device registers
