When I called this garage to ask them about an issue, I was having their response was “I have no idea what to do”. I do not recommend this garage and I will never take my vehicle to this garage.

Don’t use this company you will regret it. Wasn’t suppose to have a interlock device in my car because my case was still pending wasn’t aware til after I had paid. The sales man lied to me about getting credit for how long I had it in my car. Was not the case at all!!! Drains your battery!!!!! Had to get a new car battery after only having it on for 1month.!!! If you accidentally start your car without blowing first you get locked out and can’t drive your car and cost $80 to get it back up and running. And you have to tow it to a mechanic shop to get it unlocked. Was suppose to get a refund instead I have them calling to get a pass due balance paid. The costumer service is the worse!!!!!! Also the blowing they make you do in the machine is ridiculous and could possibly cause and accident.!!!!! Still never received no refund after being told I was serval times.

Frequently Asked Questions About Intoxalock Ignition Interlock
How does an interlock device work?
An ignition interlock device (IID) is a small breathalyzer installed in your vehicle to prevent it from starting if alcohol is detected on your breath. Before driving, you'll blow into the device. If your breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) is below the programmed limit, the car starts. Periodic retests occur during your trip to ensure continued compliance. To read more on Intoxalock, you can read our ignition interlock device guide.
What is the cost of an ignition interlock device?
The installation of an ignition interlock device, often called a car breathalyzer, typically costs between $70 and $150. This one-time fee is paid at the start of your lease and covers the service center's labor to install the device in your vehicle. Payment is made directly to the service center at the time of installation. For more on cost breakdowns, you can read our cost of ignition interlock device guide.
How do I use my interlock device?
Using an IID is simple. To start your vehicle, blow into the device as directed. If the device detects no alcohol, your car will start. You may be prompted for "rolling retests" while driving, where you’ll blow into the device again to confirm compliance. How-to videos are also available on the Intoxalock mobile app.

What happens if I fail a breath test on my ignition interlock device?
If you fail a breath test, your vehicle will not start, and the device will log the event. Depending on your state’s regulations, multiple failed tests may trigger additional penalties, such as lockouts or reporting to your monitoring authority. Intoxalock devices allow you to retest after a short wait if alcohol is no longer detected. Always follow your state’s guidelines to remain compliant.
Can I install an ignition interlock device in a vehicle I don’t own?
