  I no longer trust this place. I brought my company vehicle here for an oil change. When I was talking to the employee who took down my information and was trying to upsale me on synthetic oil, I told him standard oil was fine but asked him to fill up my windshield wiper fluid because the car was notifying me that it was low. He said they would do that. After the car was done, the same guy came into the waiting room and called me up to the counter. I walked up, and he gave me my total. Before I even began to pay I asked him if they took care of the wiper fluid, and he looked me dead in the eye and told me that they did, and that if I was still seeing the warning on the dash that it was probably a bad sensor. I thanked him, paid and left. The notification never went away and week later the wipers stoped spraying because they had finally ran out. That's when I filled it up myself. The car took a whole gallon of fluid. They never filled it up, and then they blatantly lied to my face about it. On top of all that they reinforced the lie by telling me that it was probably a sensor issue. If they are willing to blatantly lie about something so easily verifiable, they are going to lie about the things that you can't easily check. It makes me wonder if they even changed the oil or filter... I do NOT recommend this place, and as soon as I bring this issue up to my manager, my company will likely no longer being our fleet of vehicles here. I refuse to do business with a company that I can't trust, especially when the work performed can't be easily verified.

  The guy that helped me was super nice and honest. I went there for an oil change and he inspected everything and gave me recommendations but didn’t force to get a service I didn’t want .

  Great service from the whole team at grease Monkey. I had them do some mechanical work in addition to the oil changes they do for me. Very fair prices and very honest.

  The guys here are awesome! There was hardly any wait time whenever I stopped by, and they were very transparent about explaining the process and what to expect moving forward. I'll definitely be coming back for tune-ups!

  they never texted us when our car was done and they made us sit in the office waiting to pay for 20 minutes while employees were standing around in the garage. I even said something to them and I still waited for 10 minutes after. Also they offered us a few extra services that we didn’t take cus we couldn’t afford. They told us our license plate light was out so they could charge us extra. So after we left we just went and bought the light ourselves so i could change it. Turns out that they lied about that so they could just try and get us to spend more money. Our license plate light was good. And it’s not like it could have been a mistake on their end. It’s wild to me that people do stuff like that for an extra 20 dollars.
