He was excellent at communication over the phone and in person. I immediately felt reassured the moment I stepped on the lot. He helped make my stressful situation more manageable for me and for that I am forever grateful. The level of customer service from Dave is not something you come across very often. It’s rare to find someone who has a high level of attention to detail and appreciation for the customers. - FVFernando VazquezDec 21, 20251.0Took my car to have my car fixed through my insurance. I've had multiple issues with my car afterwards. One of the main bolts on my rear bumper was stripped, they left some sort of white residue all over my car seat, and the window regulator went out within the same month I got it back because the window guides were left full of dust, causing the window motor to fail. One of my wheels was damaged in the accident I had and instead of replacing it with another one, they used the spare I had and replaced my spare with a cheap steel rim. They also didn't paint or add any rust preventing coat on a few of the pieces they replaced. One was a support for a wheel well fender, and the second one was a support for my door trim. The body work on my car looks good but I've had too many issues with the other parts of their service, which is ehy I wrote this review.

My seats and door panel were left covered in dried glue, and my car was extremely dusty inside — almost like the windows had been left down, which I never do. They also lost my tire pressure caps, which is just another sign of the lack of attention to detail. Several of my personal items were damaged as well. My interior lights were tossed aside and no longer work, and my baby monitor — which was fully functional when I dropped off my car — is now broken. On top of that, the repair took a full month even though I was originally told it would only take two weeks. I didn’t bother them or rush them because I trusted the process, but the end result showed a clear lack of care and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.
