I then said I would pay for whatever the insurance wouldn't cover and they proceeded to tell me they will not take my money. Its a repair for two wheel wells and a few bumper clips, it is a simple easy repair and they are refusing to do their due diligence to help a customer. Probably because they wanted to jack the price up higher, or because they wanted a bigger payout from the insurance. I would stay clear from here if you value good customer service and clarity when getting your car repaired.
- AAAdrianAug 22, 20251.0fixed my cars body damage but gave it back to me with a plethora of issues, car was misalligned, ac was hot and worst of all they swapped my 3 monty old radiator for an old one. kept taking it back to them they said there was no issue, took it to 2 independent mechanics and they told me they swapped out my new radiator for an old one. car has been sitting in my driveway for 2 months now because ig over heats. make sure to bring your car here if you want it harvested for good parts and replaced with old broken ones.
