  I’ve come to the conclusion Phoenix is trash at driving. In the past month I have been in two collisions that weren’t my fault. Each time I have taken it to this Gerber. I wish I could give a better score than 5 because they deserve it. From the friendliness to the communication, they’re perfect Chris has taken care of me a couple times now. Now I’m hoping I never have to come back. But in the case I do, this is the only place I entrust my car with.

  So Gerber Collision & Glass take my truck in to get some auto body work done to my back passenger door not my mom scraped and caused some damage. This company went above and beyond to make sure that they contacted me every single day to let me know the progress of my vehicle. And then on top of that they gave me an estimated date of the 31st of October that it would be done well here it is the 23rd of October and they are 10 days ahead of schedule. The person who handled the Bodywork and everything name is Chris and the guy is very honest stands by his work as well he also fixed a scratch when some guy stabbed the back of my truck on the side passenger of my bed he didn't have to do that but he did it so if you guys are looking for a great auto body shop to take your vehicles to I would highly recommend Gerber Auto Body & Glass. I've gone to plenty of body shops to get work done in this by far has been my best experience ever forgetting body work done

  We took our vehicle to the Kia dealership who recommended that we choose a body shop for the work and our insurance gave us some options. Based on location, we chose Gerber on Lone Cactus. It was our first accident and we were quite overwhelmed. Deanna Gonzalez talked me through the process clearly and concisely, helping with forms, payments, processes and expectations on timing. The communication from Deanna and then from Chris Reed was nothing short of textbook customer service. It took 3 weeks but at no point did this cause confusion due to upfront honesty - we got the car back today and am determined to recommend this location with anyone trying to make a choices - there are many choices out there, but this should be your one stop - extremely thrilled from start to finish - thank you Gerber Team!!

  I was VERY pleased with the work that Gerber did for me. Chris was super helpful! I had a slightly unusual situation and he was understanding and made the experience completely 5 star. I can enthusiastically recommend this shop!
