Shading or tree shades, If you create shading you could place advertisements on it, additional income.. etc. It's the desert we live in.

Finding a charging station then figuring out what to do while waiting for car to charge. Again would have been a better experience if it were more convenient for me! I can hardly wait for the future when I look back at this moment in time and laugh at how we “use” to do things!
