  My wife and I rented a truck from Enterprise to move pur belongings from a shipping pod to storage. We met Assistant Manager Brenda Rodriguez at the front counter. She was very helpful and informative. She was patient and explained the vehicles she had for rent and possibilities of what truck could best help us. She provided exceptional customer service. She is an excellent representation of Enterprise. Should we need to rent a truck or car again we will go with Enterprise.

  I am under 25. The website let me reserve a pickup truck no problem, it just said that I couldn't tow anything which is fine. I drove 1h and 30 min out of my way to pick up the vehicle that I reserved only to be denied at the counter. This left me scrambling for a vehicle at 5 in the afternoon. Very unhappy with enterprise. The staff at this location where friendly and professional, and if I was only reviewing them this would be a five star review . I just cant abide this level of incompetence from such a large company. Fix the website.
