I drove 1h and 30 min out of my way to pick up the vehicle that I reserved only to be denied at the counter. This left me scrambling for a vehicle at 5 in the afternoon. Very unhappy with enterprise. The staff at this location where friendly and professional, and if I was only reviewing them this would be a five star review . I just cant abide this level of incompetence from such a large company. Fix the website.
