The vehicles they rent from here are garbage - they never match up with the type of vehicle listed on their reservation system, the vehicles are high mileage and filthy. I would expect more effort for corporate customers with extensive rental history from their company.

Turnaround time is normally super fast, no issues in that sector. They work with you to keep you informed and up to date on everything. If any issues, they are there to help make it easy. I will opt for this branch when possible due to the service. There was only 1 issues I had prior with a debit charged as credit, but it got worked around so no huge deal at the end of the day.

And when I went to pick up my car a day early a Monday instead of a Tuesday the collision shop said to leave the rental they will pick it up. So I did and immediately went to the deer valley location where I rented it and told them the manager said it would be 24 hours foe pick and they would let me know and send my deposit back. Today is Wed and I had to call to find out what happened. I got um let me check. 4 mins later came back online with so sorry it was picked it up I will send the deposit back now.....that is only reason for 3 stars. I dont know if I would hev ever gotten it back if I hadn't called.
