  I needed to take a moment and shout out Michael and Tavoi at this Enterprise. On a chaotic day that seemed like no rentals were available anywhere in Phoenix (Hertz told me my original reservation was useless), Mike and Tavoi worked some magic and got me a car for the week. If you guys need a car, you wont be disappointed by this place.

  I made the booking a day prior to arriving in Phoenix. The booking was done for SUV car based on availability, but when I arrived at the office I was told no cars were available. Next availability was only on the following day. After some hard discussions, I was given the small Mazda car with revised discounted prices. Due to mismanagement in their system, it was a lot of stress created. Overall it was a good service by the team.

  My rental car process with Enterprise went very smoothly! Everyone was very accommodating! Jasmine was the highlight of my experience! She was courteous, kind, and very professional! Just speaking to her made me feel uplifted, and I appreciate it 💚💚💚

  Everything went perfectly from making the reservation, to the check-in/pickup of the car, to the return of the car and check-out. The two customer service reps we dealt with at the location were both excellent in every way: professional, courteous, helpful, and pleasant.

  Conveniently located car rental place. Thank you, Matt for making the experience quick and easy. We got the car what we wanted. I spent perhaps just around 15 minutes to get my car and 5 minutes for drop off. It was a breeze. Keep up the good work Team Enterprise.
