I booked the car almost 2 months ago. Alejandro has called to let me know that they won’t have the car today because another renter is not returning the car on time. As if this is the only car the company has. I told them I do not have flexibility on the pick up time because we have an event we have to be to at a specific time. Nope. They aren’t working it out to honor my reservation. They say I can pick it up later but no offer of let’s accommodate you some other way. No work to get another car from another location. Nothing. Just me having to accommodate them and their failure to manage. Yes 30 minutes matter because we have somewhere to be. I will never rely on enterprise again. Bad customer service.

They gave me a great rate through my insurance and were extremely flexible with my return even after the dealership needed my car longer. I was helped by Michael and Jasmine who both made a frustrating experience feel normal and almost enjoyable. It’s clear that they enjoy working at enterprise and although they were busy they were very helpful and welcoming! I will definitely be renting from them in the future.

I did have some issues with a reference number that my insurance was supposed to send over to them, but they were very patient and helpful in assisting me with that. I was delighted with the rental I received and their amazing customer service. I returned the rental yesterday, and once again, great customer service from everyone. I wish I had gotten their names, but I went around 5 pm. Thank You !! Will definitely be recommending you.
