  I’m so glad I chose to rent away from the airport. The obvious is price , less fees and taxes short drive. But what made this a 5 star experience is the representatives everyone of them went above and beyond I can’t single one out one in particular it’s like they have a competition. I wouldn’t call them employees because they take ownership and interact as though they have a stake in the company. Which is refreshing, I’ll definitely rent here again when I return to phoenix.

  Terrible customer service. Had to wait an hour at their store for pick up and then was given a car with a bad tire. Tried calling their office multiple times, called roadside assistance, the car was picked up early, and I was charged an additional $186. I didn’t have the rental vehicle for the time frame that was agreed to, told I was lucky they were giving back the additional charge and the deposit. This office is the absolutely worst at customer service

  As most of us could attest; going through the rental car process is akin to having a root canal…. But not at this Enterprise location. The people are professional and upbeat. The atmosphere is happy and energetic, and the cars are great too. The service couldn’t be better and the people couldn’t be more professional or easier to deal with. Honestly, I can’t speak highly enough of this location and team. I think many local retail businesses could learn volumes about customer care and culture if they spent an hour in this enterprise waiting area and watched the interaction with their clientele …. Continuing education credits in customer service could be another income stream for them …. It’s a model location. You come in a bit grumpy and you leave with a smile on your face…. I swear, If these guys served a nice red blend or a Cabernet, I’d probably spend the afternoon with them!

  I rented a car from this Enterprise location on October 17th, and while the staff was friendly, renters should be extremely cautious. Unlike my experiences at other Enterprise locations, the vehicle inspection here was conducted without me present. The car was brought around freshly washed, and Jasmine told me it had been checked and was ready to go. Before driving off, I noticed an impact crack less than two inches long on the rear driver’s side taillight. Since Jasmine assured me the vehicle had been checked, I made the mistake of trusting that it had been noted. When I returned the car, I was blamed for the damage. Jasmine denied having seen it, and there was no record, so now I’m being held responsible. I accept that I should have taken photos or insisted that Jasmine document it, but renters shouldn’t have to fight to verify pre-existing damage. Don’t rely on their word. Conduct a full inspection WITH an employee, like other Enterprise locations do, and take photos and videos from every angle before leaving the lot, just in case. Friendly service shouldn’t come at the cost of being charged for damage you didn’t cause. Be vigilant.
