    Reserved premium car and was told upon arrival the location never carries premium vehicles. I had reserved it specifically for my 75yr old mother to accommodate her physical needs. Instead I was given a Sentra. They had even called days prior to confirm reservation and mentioned nothing about not having the car I was expecting. I wonder why? Probably because I would've cancelled the reservation since I already own a car similar to a Sentra but reserved something more comfortable for my mother. Would never reserve here again and will share my experience with others to find another company that will not corner you into taking a reservation you did not pay for.

    I was given an unsafe and unroadworthy car, and I waited 3 hours to pick it up, only to end up with a car that was unfit to drive.

    The new Audi Q was a dream. Handled nicely plus had some power with little effort. Wish I owned the rental they gave me.. Thank you Enterprise for the experience.

    Sean was super helpful & the car was very nice. We were able to extend our reservation while on vacation & the process was easy. We’ll definitely be renting again for all future trips!
