Allstate insurance provided a rental car. She cordinated it to pick us at the collision repair shop which is almost in the same plaza as this enterprise. They were not only late for the pickup but the enterprise employee sounded clueless like it was his first day. Couldn't understand the situation my mother is going through so we argued over the reasons why she needed the rental. We finally get in the car but he drives like he's in a rush not being considerate of my mother's condition, quick with his turns. We finally get to Enterprise just for them to tell us "we don't have your rental reservation number." Woman who gave her the number was Jean. So the rep tells us "So at this time we can't rent a car to you." He complained about how busy they are a couple times as well. Worst experience EVER with this company. We lived across the street and he couldn't even take us there. While I walked my mother to the coffee shop next to Enterprise I saw all there employees zipping across the parking lot getting vehicles in and out like their on a racetrack. I had to leave my mom who just been in a car accident alone at Dutch Bros. Coffee company, then walk home to get my vehicle. Shame on you Enterprise. Sure you can say its company policy but where in your policy does it say you can be jerks to people and not hold yourselves accountable for your mistakes.
