    They forgot to pick me up.. so I waited for two hours. Then they hit me with a 500 dollar charge for damage I pointed out to the guy. Literally go anywhere else. Rather rent a 2011 Prius from Turo

    This is absolutely my favorite Enterprise location. I've had to rent a lot in the padt few years and this is always my go to location. Great customer service! Never too long of a wait and the vehicles I've rented have been very reliable, clean, and well maintained. Only a few times did I get a vehicle without a full tank and with gas stations within blocks of their location it was never an issue. I love the app too, I can modify my trip right at my finger tips. I absolutely wish I could give more than 5 stars!

    Service from the staff was okay and professional. However, my main concern is the state of the vehicles. I saw several cars that appeared to urgently need maintenance or service, and the car I ended up with made me feel genuinely uncomfortable. I did not feel confident in its reliability. Enterprise needs to focus seriously on ensuring its fleet is well-maintained and up to standard for customer safety.
