- AAAlbert ANov 8, 20255.0So this should probably be less than a 5 star review for a few reasons but overall the 5 star review was warranted. I picked up my rental on Wednesday for a 2 day rental returning on Saturday morning. The car only had 1/8th tank of gas, the windshield washer fluid was low and a few hours after picking up the car, the low tire pressure warning came up. I gassed up the car, and filled up all four tires up to the proper tire pressure as we were driving to Sedona from the Phoenix Enterprise rental location. The car drove very well, and I returned the car with just under 1/2 tank of gas on Saturday morning. Matthew checked me in and I made him aware of these things and he was very apologetic and offered a discount to compensate the gas and lack of preventative maintenance. While I did not expect a discount , it just shows the commitment to excellent customer service by Enterprise and Matthew. The 5 stars definitely belongs to Matthew but also to Enterprise for training and supporting this young man in his career at Enterprise. In conclusion, what started out a bit shaky, turned out to be a major win, Thank you Enterprise and especially, thank you to Matthew. Well done !!!

In and Out, just like the burger. 🤣 Fast and easy rental experience. In addition, I rented a car from Andrew and his co worker, Dwayne. Again, helpful, courteous and friendly. He provided me a very nice car; it was spotless and in good condition which is especially important for a 1,000 mile drive. I met the branch manager and let him know that when he was not there, these young men were all on top of their game trying to meet the needs of their customers, both walk ins and those with reservations. Top notch employees. Highly recommend Enterprise car rental at 28th St and E Bell Rd
