I tried multiple times to contact Enterprise about a payment issue — called several times, left voicemails (when the mailbox wasn’t full), and even waited for a promised callback that never came. Instead of following up or resolving the issue directly, they sent my account to collections. This whole situation came down to their lack of communication and poor customer service. I was ready and willing to take care of the payment, but it’s hard to do that when no one answers the phone or responds to messages. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience — I expected much better from a company like Enterprise.

There was a time about a year to two years ago when I rented from them a few times and they were never ready with the car. One other thing that needs to improve is the lobby is filthy. The floors are stained and the chairs are pretty gross. I still would recommend this place to family and friends.
