There was a glitch and I had to cut a long distance graduation celebration after I paid two weeks worth of hotel because no sisters company would help me re-chipped my credit card because the kris escalated it as if I was trying to steal a car. They still charge me for a monthly rental. Although I return the vehicle. Two weeks before it was due. And all they said was Sorry. Nothing else. This is absolutely disgusting. No one from Enterprise cares. I don’t know how this business has not gone out of business yet. But pretty soon, I’m sure Social media will get the best of them and this will be a canceled company. If you deal with Matt, I would suggest that since he can be the one to fix things for you sadly he was on vacation when this happened The area manager called me and said she was a regional manager. She understood and read all my notes and did nothing to help the situation. I am seeking legal counsel at the moment, so if anyone else wants to iiiget in and do a class action lawsuit with me feel free to reach out.
