  I'm blown away by my experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car - they're a lifesaver! So, my car got totaled by a drunk driver, and I was in a panic. I needed a ride, and fast, so I turned to Enterprise. They came through big time, and I ended up renting from them for almost a month. The process was super smooth, and the staff was cool, calm, and collected. They worked with me to get the insurance sorted out and got me behind the wheel of a sweet ride. I kept extending my rental period, and they were totally cool with it, no hassle, no fuss. I mean, I lost track of the dates a few times, but they were super understanding and worked with me to get everything sorted. The car was a solid ride, nothing fancy, but it got me where I needed to go. I had it for so long, I started feeling like it was mine (don't worry, I didn't try to sell it on Craigslist or anything 🤣). But seriously, the staff, especially Jalen the store manager and Kamil the assistant manager, were AMAZING. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I've seen some low reviews about this location, but honestly, most of those complaints are about things totally out of their control, like long wait times for cars. How can the staff control that? It's not like they can magic up more cars! They do their best with what they've got, and I think they deserve some serious props for working with me and making a crappy situation a whole lot better. Overall, I'd say Enterprise gets a solid 5 stars from me. They came through in a pinch, and their customer service was on point. If you're in a bind and need a ride, I'd definitely give Enterprise a shot. They're awesome, and I'll definitely be back if I ever need their services again!

  I had a wonderful experience with my car rental due to the branch manager, Jalen. It is evident why is the manager due to his excellent customer care skills! I ran into him days after picking up the car and he remembered me & asked if I was happy with the car. Thank you, Jalen for going above & beyond with the level of care you provide your customers
