I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Hayden at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Enterprise location.
As a Korean business traveler, I often find the rental process in the U.S. a bit challenging due to unfamiliar procedures and language differences, but Hayden made everything incredibly easy and comfortable for me.
During my business trip, he assisted me with the rental process in a very professional, friendly, and efficient manner. He patiently walked me through each step, ensured that I clearly understood all the information, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
His warm hospitality and thoughtful support truly left a strong positive impression and made my arrival in the U.S. much more pleasant.
Please extend my gratitude to Hayden for his outstanding assistance.
Thank you for maintaining such a high level of customer service.
First off, my rental was covered in mud. I did respond to a text Enterprise sent me with pictures and they responded that they would knock off 1 day rental fee. Second, I received my invoice via email and they are charging me an additional $775 because they are saying my trip total was 3,335 miles and I went over 2,585 miles. I didn't even put 200-300 miles on the car. My trip was 5 days, how in the hell could I possibly put that many miles on a car and not leave the State? I am now having to dispute the charge but the lady I spoke with couldn't understand what I was saying, therefore I am now patiently waiting to get my card credited. This is the second time I have used Enterprise and they've done the same thing on the mileage. Last time it was an over $3,500 though. Seems to me like they need to train their staff better on tracking mileage.

I’ve rented from Enterprise 5–6 times per year for many years, and until now I never had a serious issue. Unfortunately, this experience ensures I will never rent from Enterprise again.
At pickup, the agent brought me out with about five other customers and told us to “pick anything from one row” in a dark parking lot, with no proper walk-around inspection or documentation. There was no individual vehicle review, no confirmation of existing damage just grab a car and go.
When I attempted to leave, security stopped me and said that because I was returning the car to a different location, I should have been checked out on the agent’s tablet. I was then told to drive back to the office, which required navigating confusing garage lanes and briefly going the wrong way down one-way roads something that should never happen to a customer in the first place.
After returning the vehicle, I was later contacted about alleged damage that I did not cause. Given how casually the vehicle was handed over in poor lighting with no inspection, it’s deeply concerning to then be told I’m responsible for damage after the fact. I’ve disputed the claim and requested proof, but this entire process feels backwards and unfair.
Losing a loyal, repeat customer over a disputed damage claim that arose from sloppy procedures is terrible business. I strongly advise anyone renting here to take detailed photos and video at pickup and return, because you may otherwise be blamed for damage you didn’t cause.
Update : enterprise damage recovery unit said they will cover the damage and I am not responsible BUT the sky harbor location, agents, and manager are still trying to collect from me every single day Michael Arredondo and Nick lord , they are ignoring my forwarded emails from corporate saying the damage recovery unit will pay for the damage . Agreement 297WLV claim 23636787. They still are trying but to get payment for it , this has been a huge stress , I use to be such a loyal customer Renting many times per year
I do like Enterprise, but I have several suggestions resulting from my recent rental pick-up...the "rushed" young man wanted us to just pick a car (one of three offered) and leave.
Many people may like to do this on their own, but as it was not busy, after I chose one of the three models, he hurriedly said it was a "new 2026 model".
It would have been helpful (and nice) if the agent/attendant just
asked if we'd like to have some of the updated/new features pointed out because we drive a completely different auto...features like a completely new dashboard; lights; how to start /stop the vehicle; how to open gas tank cover; rear door open/close buttons; what's inside trunk, and the spare. (Simple but important operation instructions.)
Then we were told to walk-around vehicle before we leave and take a video of the entire car (good suggestion).
As our choice was just "hosed off", the auto had a lot of excess water covering every window and the outside mirrors. That seemed like a HAZARD to me.
When I asked him to please wipe them off, he said there was no one around to do it...so I asked HIM to do it himself, and he said he didn't have a rag.
I then asked him for some paper towel or tissue to wipe it off myself and he said he didn't have any and would find someone. He then rushed away and never returned. I saw him back at the reception desk helping another customer!
To me, the amount of water required more than just windshield wipers and sun, and all of the mirrors had a lot of water and water droplets on them, creating a HAZARD for the driver.
I took some of my own tissue and finished wiping everything off, leaving disgusted.

I rented a mid size suv at Phoenix Sky Harbor February 5th for a week. Our luggage would not fit in the suv so I inquired about upgrading to a larger size. Nothing was available but I was offered a Tacoma truck which did fit our luggage, nothing else was available. No attendant was there to check the truck for damage, I was told if the keys were in the vehicle to take it. As I exited the parking garage with Enterprise my information was not found in the system because my credit card was not charged, I actually checked in online the night before, after charging my card I was able to leave. The truck was not in the best shape but it was all that was available, when we returned to the airport the attendant showed us a place on the bumper and said that I may get a call regarding damage. It was impossible for the truck to receive damage while in our possession, no contact with another vehicle or structure occurred while we had it. I received an email wanting my insurance information, the truck had been heavily used before I got it, no one inspected it with me nor was there an attendant helping customers get their vehicles. I have never had a bad experience with enterprise before and have never had an issue with a car rental company, this is a shake down!
