  Enterprise at Sky Harbor International is awesome! I used to use Avis but lately, even though I am Avis Preferred and can just "walk to your car", every other time I would have to go to the desk for no apparent reason. Plus the cars were dirty and they are pushing electric cars, blah. At Enterprise, you are greeted by an employee who is friendly and professional. They walk you to an option of cars, they answer any questions, and make sure you are all set before getting in the car. The cars are very clean and in working order. Returning the car, the people that check in the car are professional, friendly, and very helpful. This is what a lot of companies have abandon in favor of saving money with automation or hiring the lowest common denominator. Enterprise at Sky Harbor (as well as in my home town) is top notch and I will only rent from Enterprise! This location is awesome!!

  Rental was quick and easy at PHX. I checked in prior to arrival and was able to “skip the counter” and be taken to a vehicle within just a couple minutes of arriving at the garage. Car was clean and full of fuel. We had no issues with the vehicle during our visit to Phoenix. Drop off was busy, but Bobby was extremely efficient and professional getting the vehicle checked back in and allowing us to make our way back to the airport! Thank you for the great customer service!!

  We had a very seamless rental experience! Our check in to get the car was efficient and effortless. Everything went very smoothly. We were able to pick out of vehicle easily from a row of various vehicles in stock. The vehicle was clean and smelled fresh. We had no issues at all during our 8 day stay, put on about 750 miles and got great gas mileage too! When returning, the service again was very efficient and we were on our way back to airport check in!

  Let me start out by saying I rent cars for at least 1-2 weeks out of each month with National/Enterprise for travel with my job, and this was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had…just so happens it was on vacation with my family, thanks Enterprise! First off, on a positive note, I would give the local branch in Phoenix a 5 star rating as they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied…A+ for customer care! However, don’t worry with ever buying the extra roadside assistance, or “non-assistance” as I will now refer to it as. That group would get ZERO stars if it was an option! Got a flat, which my son and I changed and couldn’t even get them to fix the flat tire, even when I took it to Firestone, their approved facility. They offered to switch my full size SUV with “whatever was available” which I paid over $1k for, yeah that’s not going to work, and then, they told me that I might still be liable for paying for the repair even though I had paid extra for roadside assistance and the additional collision protection, which lit my fuse even more. I am stuck in a tire shop on vacation with my family for a tire that my son and and changed, not them, for a rental I paid over $1k for with ZERO help or concern from Enterprise roadside “non- assistance”. Needless to say they didn’t approve the fix, so we drove the rest of the trip on the spare tire, which was a full size tire that the Firestone manager told roadside assistance was ok to drive on, so thanks to Firestone, again ZERO help from roadside “non-assistance”. So when I told the story to the local branch in Phoenix, they tried to make it as right as they could and gave me a discount for the poor service I received from roadside “non-assistance”. What a freaking pain when on vacation with your family!!! Do better Enterprise!

  Car was ready, check in easy, associates friendly, lacked a bit of explanation at time of the rental, as no contract was given to leave the airport. We were asked for a contract at checkout to leave the airport rental car gate. The associate at the gate found us in the computer and emailed me a contract. Then the comment by the associate at rental time, to "video the car before you leave", was interesting. Overall fine, there was nothing special. The car was your very basic model of vehicle. No lumbar supports, manual seats etc. I see no advantage to rent from this company as opposed to the others. It was fine, but nothing special. Go for the best rate, Nothing unique about Enterprise. The 4 stars was for the friendly associates and the nice person at the airport gate that took care of us.
