Enterprise at 2929 N 75th Street in Phoenix was scheduled to pick me up from the body shop at 4:30pm; however, they did not arrive. Upon contacting the manager, Sean, I was informed that the office was closed for the day, and my pickup did not occur because I had not confirmed the location. I expressed my intention to submit a complaint regarding their inadequate service. He responded by advising me to forget about picking up a vehicle and suggested that I seek alternatives. I find myself far from home without a car, as my vehicle was dropped off at the shop.
