  I always try to rent from Enterprise because I think they offer the best customer service and this location did not disappoint. Jack was friendly and efficient. We were happy with the van we rented, as it comfortably accommodated 6 of us. The price was less than renting at the airport and they offer a free ride to the airport skytrain. Overall, a great experience!

  Really overwhelming and interesting experience… I totally understand if we have our bad days, however, the staff was truly unprofessional and felt so stressed trying to process genuine issues. Thursday, we flew in and immediately booked a car using the Enterprise number to which the lady was able to book us a car at this location. We spent money on an Uber to drive here only for us to be left a voicemail (which was silent) and then another call again while driving saying there was no available cars. I understand things happen, but what I don’t understand the lack of trying to accommodate. There were people there who had a car book months in advance suddenly not getting any answers or accommodations. While I recognize this is not on the staff, what is on the staff is how to properly relieve and assist the customer. Instead what I walked into was sarcasm, being promised one car type and then walking to the car and it’s completely a different car than what was said I would receive, and then locals who frequently rent these cars here bashing on people who took time and money to travel here (which the staff allowed completely by the way). I was hearing staff say “It’s called Google on your phone, use it”. “Did you know you actually have something called Apple Maps on your phone?” Additionally, I asked for some sort of compensation since it was only fair with the 2 and a half hours I waited for a car that was not even promised to me, they gave me til 1 PM on Saturday to return the car. What they didn’t realize and I had to as someone who is not from Arizona was that they were closed at 12 PM. I had to call in advance to remind them this, which I returned the car at a different location. 2 and a half hour wait and the car was not even fully cleaned either and had some dirt inside the vehicle. I did feel bad for this circumstance for the staff, but it also was not okay the way this whole situation was handled on them. I shouldn’t have to be sitting over 45 minutes not even able to come to a solution or asked “how can I help you” and before I can open my mouth, they walked away, being promised another car and then walking out and it’s a completely different car. And for the price I paid for, I shouldn’t have to say “at least I got a car…?” And then locals taunting travelers and saying we should know better not to call the direct Enterprise number to book a vehicle, which is really the only option we have. It’s listed on the Airport’s website on top of that… Overall, this really could have been better. This was my very first time my boyfriend (who’s name was in the car) and I used Enterprise and it was not a good experience. The best part (if there could be one) was returning the car, and that was literally at a different location.
