I came in for brake fluid and spark plugs even though they had the parts for the plugs they didn't install them and after getting my car back home I pop the hood to add liqui Moly and find parts from the engine bay just sitting on top of the engine that wasn't correctly installed back where they belong. After calling them back and letting them know of the issue the guy on the phone acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and instead of going and asking his technicians he said would have to see it so just bring it back in. Not offering an apology not trying to figure out what happened just spend more time and gas so he can see what it is. Not cool. What if those loose parts slide ferther into the engine bay and damage something? If I wouldn't have stopped by the AutoZone I would not have known when I got home. Due to this experience I have canceled my future appointment to get my spark plugs and brake pads changed. I do not recommend this shop.
