  Every time I come here, Hector is such a big help. He explains everything to me so I understand. When I ask the importance of it, he lets me know how soon it should do or if I have some time to take care of it. He is patient and the best.

  I came in to have a used car checked before buying it. I was helped by Jay. He went above and beyond what I expected. The car was for my daughter. When the inspection was over, Jay made me feel like he checked the car as if his own kid would be driving it. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.

  Jay at Brakes Plus was awesome! He helped me with my oil change, explained what I actually needed and what I didn’t, and made sure I was completely taken care of. Great customer service!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service and great value I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. I went in to have my struts and shocks replaced, and they offered me a very fair and affordable price compared to other places. Jay, who helped me throughout the process, was respectful, kind, polite, and honest. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience stress-free. What really stood out was that they replaced the sway bars at no extra cost. I wasn’t even expecting that, but they took care of it for free, which I really appreciated. The work was done professionally and the car feels great. All of this — including a wheel alignment — was done for about $1,300, along with several discounts. Overall, the value and quality of service were excellent. I highly recommend Brakes Plus, and especially Jay, if you’re looking for honest work and great customer service.
