  These guys are so down the earth, knowledgeable, and quick with the service. It genuinely feels like they care about fixing your car, doing it right and finding you the best deal. I’m gonna bring my car here every time and I definitely recommend.

  Want to give this location two thumbs up 👍. We have been going here the last couple years and mainly had Hector as a service technician he’s always been overly helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone to go here for and services on there vehicle

  Wouldn’t go anywhere else !!! Went in with grinding brakes (I know 🤪) Jay and the staff helped me very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need !!!! 5 stars !

  I am writing to report a very upsetting and concerning experience I had at your Brakes Plus Store #208. I visited this location for a brake job, where the team was supposed to resurface two rotors while the other two were already new. After paying nearly $500, I left the shop but did not even make it out of the parking lot before realizing something was seriously wrong. As I approached a stop sign, I immediately felt a heavy kickback in the brake pedal and heard a loud thumping sound. I returned to the bay right away and spoke with the manager, Hector, who later told me the issue was a “torn and busted CV joint with grease everywhere.” This explanation was alarming and did not make sense, especially since my car had no such issue before my appointment. My husband inspected the car himself afterward and found no torn CV joint, no grease leak, and no damage at all. Because the problem persisted and I no longer felt confident in Store #208’s assessment, we took the car to Brakes Plus Store #204, where we received exceptional service. Chase, the technician there, immediately identified the real issue: all four rotors were completely shattered—something that should have unquestionably been caught at Store #208, rather they allowed me to leave knowing the damage they had done while using an excuse and attempt to mislead me. Store #204 went above and beyond to repair the brake job correctly and ensure the vehicle was safe. While I am extremely grateful for the integrity and professionalism at Store #204, my experience at Store #208 left me feeling misled, uncomfortable, and very concerned. Not only was I given an inaccurate diagnosis, but the failure to identify the actual problem could have put my family—and others on the road—in serious danger. I hope Brakes Plus will address the discrepancies between these two locations, as the difference in care and honesty was night and day. Having not just one member but several at a location so willing to place others in danger rather than own up and fix a mistake with such ease isn’t a name any company wants.

  I had an excellent experience at Brakes Plus! I brought my car in because I was having issues with my brakes, and from the moment I arrived, the staff made the process smooth and stress-free. While waiting for the diagnosis, I was able to sit comfortably in their waiting area, which had a TV and refreshments. It was a nice touch that made the wait enjoyable. Once the diagnosis was ready, the employees took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car. They were very knowledgeable and patient, making sure I understood everything before moving forward. Their professionalism gave me confidence that my car was in great hands. They even provided a complimentary Lyft ride to my home and back once the car was ready, which was incredibly convenient. My car was fixed in a timely manner, and I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. Overall, the employees were wonderful. They are courteous, professional, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend Brakes Plus to anyone looking for reliable service and a team that goes above and beyond to make sure you leave confident that your car is fixed and safe to drive!
