The only suggestion I have is that it would be even better if the car could get a more detailed final check after the repairs are completed, just to make sure everything is perfect. Overall, I’m very satisfied and appreciate Jose’s excellent service.

Unfortunatatly i took it to toyota first they charged for diagnostics and the cost of repairs were outrageous compared to anything i seen on the internet. i got a few quotes after i left toyota and not only was loiue the most conciderate,applying all coupons that would help lower the cost. They beat the other quotes i received. They did an excellent job and got it done quick even offered to have lift pick me up when my car was finished. I highly reccommend them for services. I was at my daughter’s house Ready to hit the highway back to Tucson when I saw that my splash guard was hanging off of the front of my car and probably would have come off during the trip. I went right next-door to Brakes Plus Panicking and asked if they could do something to help. Jose and Luan Immediately sprung into action, secured the splash guard, Did not charge me and sent me on the highway with have a safe trip and smiles! I thank God for them. They were my blessings from God on this day. I highly recommend this Brake Plus location. I will never forget what you did for me!

Told me appointment would be about an hour. When I dropped the car off I also asked them to check on my oil timing because my sticker was inaccurate. They looked it up on carfax and recommended an oil change. They were done with my car in only about 55 minutes, even with adding the second service. Would definitely come back!

No B.S. recommendations. He took me inside the shop and showed me where exactly my issues were on my car. As well as told me things to look out for in the future and gave me a coupon on top of that. They took care of the brake pads, rotors on the rears and changed the oil. I highly recommend taking your car here.
