  I would give this less than one star but it won’t let me.. very disappointed.. I have a Volkswagen Beetle and went in for a routine oil change.. not only did they not support my appointment time but was told all fluids would be filled up and specifically written out on the receipt that certain ones were done but nothing was filled.. windshield wiper fluid was bone dry and coolant was well under the minimum required line.. also they couldn’t be bothered to close the hood all the way and more expensive than any other place I’ve been..wonder if the oil was even changed… highly disappointed

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Brakes Plus in Ahwatukee thanks to TJ and Garrett. From start to finish, their service was top-tier professional, efficient, and thorough. I brought in my commercial vehicle for brakes, a tire rotation, and an alignment. Anyone who relies on a work vehicle knows downtime is lost money, and these guys understood that completely. They got everything handled quickly without cutting corners. The brakes feel solid and responsive, the alignment is perfectly dialed in, and the ride is smoother than it’s been in a long time. TJ and Garrett communicated clearly about what was needed, what wasn’t, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. No pressure, no upselling, just honest service and quality workmanship. If you’re looking for reliable automotive service and a team that truly cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Brakes Plus. I’ll definitely be back.

  Best Customer Service I have ever received when getting my car worked on. The Store manager is very helpful and takes time to explain the mechanical parts and the best way to fix the problems. I will be back. Thanks

  Best experience I’ve had with an automotive shop!!!! My car went in for a new transmission. The car was in and out in a couple days they also checked all the fluids and made sure my car was safe to go down the road as if it was their own. Jose was great to work with his communication on the timeline and all details involving my car was phenomenal!!!!! I’ll definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of repairs or basic Maintenance.

  I called the day prior to my appointment and was assisted by Mack. He was very kind and patient with me and was able to get me an appointment for the following day at roughly 9AM. When I went in for my tire alignment the following day, it was Mack who greeted me. Again, he was very kind, patient, and pleasant. It didn't take long for my tire alignment to be completed and when it was, he notified me and let me know that my passenger side tire was BALD! You could see the silver threading within. Thankfully, there is a Discount Tire that they're partnered with, so I was able to go next door for assistance with that, as well as a much-needed rotation. This location has very honest employees. While I sat there waiting for my vehicle's service to be finished, I overheard other customers checking in. There was a particular guy who thought he needed his brakes replaced (I believe) because they were squealing, but Mack reassured him that his brakes were fine and that it was because of the change in weather that was affecting the brakes (and I believe he mentioned the grease that was on them playing a factor in the squealing). Mack took the customer to his car to view his brakes, too. Prior to Mack taking him to his vehicle to show the guy his working brakes, he had told him that he didn't want to take his money for a service he didn't need. He had relented and said that if the client really wanted to replace his brakes, they'd do it, but he strongly believed that it was unnecessary. It just showed me that these employees have integrity and morals. I'm a woman, so I always feel as though I need to have my guard up when getting my car serviced, otherwise I'll be told that there are things wrong with my car when there really isn't anything wrong. And having worked in Hospitality, I know how important it is to be recognized for such efforts, and I want other women to know that they'll be taken care of at this location. This location has an extremely pleasant team who seem to get along with each other very well, who share laughs with each other and their clients. I live about 25 minutes away in West Phoenix and only came to this Chandler location because I work near the Wild Horse Pass reservation, but I WILL be going to this location for my car's services, especially if Mack is working here. I trust him and his colleagues with my vehicle.
