That has changed... since being acquiring by the Mavis Tire co. There is a high turnover of mgmt, let alone staff, at the stores and it is not good. This was my first time at this specific location, and Levi put my fears at ease and gave me that old Brakes Plus warm and fuzzy... spent $700+. I came to pick up my car and didn't notice till late that night that my handicap decal (permanent) was gone. It was hanging from the mirror when I dropped my car off but not there now. After searching all over my vehicle, thinking maybe a tech tossed it in the car. I got an automated reply from the email I sent on Sunday night to complaints... When I called the store Monday morning it didn't seem to be a big deal to them. After several calls, and being left on hold multiple times like I wasn't at work, I called the Corp customer service line, left a message and was told the regional manager would get back to me STAT. Ha! I've since ordered a new placard, and was told by the police it wasn't uncommon for repair shops to take those placards and to check when I get my car back in the future. I got more empathy and compassion from them than Brakes Plus. Customers beware... Take it with you.
