  Horrible customer service! My husband went in to try to do a return on some $30 lights the package was unopened without a receipt and Emily was not friendly every disrespectful automatically refused to help if we didn’t have one. I called autozone customer service and they were able to email us the receipt so I went in to return the item did take my husbands debt card to return the item myself and again another employee Abi was rude he had Emily do the refund which she gave him attitude but still did it but apparently if you use Apple Pay to pay your items it’s not the same number on the card so another older lady said in Spanish that we needed the exact card but again it was the right card I just didn’t have my husbands phone and that’s when Abi said in Spanish “ well they said they had the card” assuming I didn’t speak or understand Spanish but yes I had the card I just wasn’t aware that it changes it when you pay with Apple Pay so I started speaking in Spanish and just asked if they could just put it in a gift card at first they refused to but at the end the tried it and it worked. From the start if Emily just had store credited us with our id and gave us a gift card for the item and had done her job correctly we wouldn’t have to go back and forth.

  Rafael offered me excellent customer service here. I had a flat tire and he personally let me use his jack and he helped me change out my tire. I also seen him grab his tools and personally help out another vehicle with a over heating issue. 💪😁 Big ups to Rafael. Raise his pay, he deserves it Auto Zone on 75th ave and Indian School Rd.

  Manuel is awesome!!! He definitely changed my battery quick and was very attentive. He is the best person to go to.

  Went in there in the evening for a simple check engine light test. Every single employee stood around looking at us like we were In The wrong place because they could ding the multiple tester. After they suggested we go to another place we were getting in car guy ran out with the tester and handed it over didn’t help, walked away. We figured it out. We went back inside to get her diagnostic and the girl employee literally printed the paper pretty much threw it at us and said have a nice day and laughed with the other employees. Everyone in there needs a new job cuz they had no idea what they were doing Horrible horrible customer service .

  Terrible service. One of the employees completely lacked empathy. I bought a water hose, and the next day I went to return it because the hose was of terrible quality and kinked excessively. I only installed and removed it; it's obvious that water would have passed through it. It clearly looked unused, but she insinuated to my face that it looked like I had just taken it off and that it had water inside. Of course, it had water residue; I tested it! 🤨 She refused to refund my $50. I don't recommend the hose, and even less this store in this location.
