The store did eventually reopen, at 11:15pm. We were lucky tonight, some nights they won't even bother. There have been tons of reviews reporting the same issue which they're getting a reply which apparently is auto-generated saying the same BS, apologizing, saying hours should be posted and adhered to, and that they'll look into. How many 1 star reviews saying the same thing is it going to require for someone from this company to give a crap and do something. Sadly, this situation and complaints about the employees isn't specific to this store, there are dozens of locations doing the same thing. Another HUGE offender of terrible service, filthy store, and employees making up their own hours and policies is the store on 59th and McDowell. That place is on another level though. Are these autozone stores corporations or franchised, meaning individual owners? I can't imagine a big brand like autozone being ok with this behavior and allowing it to continue for so long? So I hope they're franchise, which explains the inconsistencies among stores, if not, that's 10x worse and makes the brand look worse then what any of these terrible employees could ever do. Please save the auto-generated reply claiming to look into it, and just FINALLY DO IT.
