- EMEric Mercado2 days ago1.0Jeez what do you know, my issue was the same as many others, arrived at the store around 10:45 only to find it closed with the infamous "we're closed from 10:30-11:00 BS". The store did eventually reopen, at 11:15pm. We were lucky tonight, some nights they won't even bother. There have been tons of reviews reporting the same issue which they're getting a reply which apparently is auto-generated saying the same BS, apologizing, saying hours should be posted and adhered to, and that they'll look into. How many 1 star reviews saying the same thing is it going to require for someone from this company to give a crap and do something. Sadly, this situation and complaints about the employees isn't specific to this store, there are dozens of locations doing the same thing. Another HUGE offender of terrible service, filthy store, and employees making up their own hours and policies is the store on 59th and McDowell. That place is on another level though. Are these autozone stores corporations or franchised, meaning individual owners? I can't imagine a big brand like autozone being ok with this behavior and allowing it to continue for so long? So I hope they're franchise, which explains the inconsistencies among stores, if not, that's 10x worse and makes the brand look worse then what any of these terrible employees could ever do. Please save the auto-generated reply claiming to look into it, and just FINALLY DO IT.

When I arrived there was a note on the door stating the store was doing an inventory reset 1030pm-11pm. The lady that was present when i arrived stated she had been waiting since approximately 1045pm to get in the store. When I noticed it was just past 11pm during my conversation I knocked to get someone's attention. When i finally got the attention of an associate just after 1105pm, she stated they were closed for the night then as I was preparing to leave another associate arrived smoking with food in hand. Online says this store is open until midnight but apparently the associates have blinders on when it comes to hours of operation or maintaining the standard they set with their note on the door. It's now 1125pm as i concluded my review so I can find another store.
