  Went here after going to two other locations and being given two dead batteries, both with a manufacturing sticker over a year old. Tristen P. was the employee who helped us at this location and he was so smiley and understanding honestly, I'm not used to that from an auto shop. He gave us a new battery right away and showed us the sticker that said it had only been sitting a month. He explained that each store doesn't get new products until they sell all the old stuff and out the door we went, all in under 5 minutes. So this is my new go to store.

  I love Auto Zone on 43rd Avenue and Cactus. Due to having an older vehicle (2013) I've had to address multiple maintenance issues. The Staff is the best. Very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Outstanding customer service.

  Great store night crew is the best manager goes out of his way to help every time I'm in there frankly other stores just there the guys here are young but eager to help and fairly knowledgeable so I don't go anywhere else and if I have to it's only to pick up part that's out of stock at this store thanks guys you rock
