- LBLouis BarronDec 13, 20251.0It’s 10:05 pm and the doors locked, employee comes to door and says , we can’t let nobody in switching over something,, a guy next to me apparently knows the manager and lets him in to do the same thing I went to do , obviously the manager is buddy’s with this guy and lets him in ,, very disrespectful poor customer service like always, your open 12 but it’s always up to the manager who he wants in the store,, like his friends. , I’m sure district managers will not discipline this guy ,,

Personally, I just wanted to make my truck sound nice and I could have left it alone, but I'm so glad I checked. I went in, and it was REALLY busy, but the workers were handling it really well. I got checked out with belt dressing and tried it. It made it worse and I went back in to see if anyone could help me and Craig Nicoleson said he would help me as soon as he could. In a couple minutes he came out and looked at my engine bay and found that a long piece of serpentine belt had came off and wrapped self around my AC compressor, causing the squeal. He then took the old one out, got me a new one, and then installed the new one, all in about 10 minutes. He also helped be get tiny new rubber hoses for my radiator. Im so glad it took a short amount of time, as I was worried that it would take a lot time and then I would also have to drive to Tempe to get home. If I'm happy with a employee, ill usually just tell their manager, but I'm so happy with Craig, that I'm spending time to write this review. I wanted to thank him for spending time to help take care of me and my truck. Im very careful about my truck as it has 400k miles on the original engine, so I want to make sure I have the right people taking care of it. Thank you Craig Nicoleson and here are some pictures of my truck and belts.
