Therefore, the worker substituted the out the one that was unavailable for another. The substituted wipers were completely incompatible with my car's wiper blade arms. This is something that I would have expected the worker to confirm before suggesting the item. I had to order the correct item online and wait to have it mailed to my home. Minor inconvenience, but the workers should pay more attention to details as such if they're going to be making recommendations.
