  Everyone at AutoZone was very kind and helpful, but Miguel especially was amazing at his job, he was able to replace my battery so easily and quickly, and the battery was a much more reasonably priced than anywhere else, Miguel did an amazing job with his customer service, very kind and respectful, and he got his job done very quickly, which I appreciate very much, thank you for being an amazing company with wonderful employees

  I placed an order for pickup online for two new windshield wipers. I input my vehicle information into the website to ensure that I was ordering a style that would be compatible with my vehicle, however I was told that one of the wipers was "out of stock" even though I had already purchased the item. Therefore, the worker substituted the out the one that was unavailable for another. The substituted wipers were completely incompatible with my car's wiper blade arms. This is something that I would have expected the worker to confirm before suggesting the item. I had to order the correct item online and wait to have it mailed to my home. Minor inconvenience, but the workers should pay more attention to details as such if they're going to be making recommendations.
