I couldn’t tell you which store or warehouse it originated from. Needless to say, it was the wrong part! What a waste of time. I’ll never go back

All I needed was assistance figuring out which coolant sensor I needed for my car—something that should be a simple, routine question. Instead of being helpful, he was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me like I was stupid because I didn’t know the exact cylinder details of my vehicle. Rather than offering basic customer service, he made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable in front of other customers. This is exactly why so many people avoid coming into auto parts stores on their own. I came in just trying to handle something simple, and I was treated with zero patience or respect. Customer service matters, and this experience was extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location.
