A gentleman there, I didn’t catch his name, offered to help me. Now because of hybrid restrictions, he was limited on how he can physically help me. However, he went above and beyond, showing me what to do safely and taking the time to explain everything patiently. But more than that, he spoke to me with genuine kindness and faith, saying maybe the Holy Spirit sent him to help. I don’t know if he realizes how much that meant, but it turned what could’ve been a stressful, frustrating day into a moment I’ll never forget. Whoever he is, please know you’ve got someone special on your team. Someone who makes AutoZone more than just a parts store.
