- RERichard EllisOct 2, 20251.0It's unfortunate but I just got off the phone with the young man he helped me find the part number he read it back to me a few times unfortunately me being under a lot of pain a lot and my left leg for some god-awful reason and it's driving me nuts my leg is that is, but I just got off the phone to show man if he could tell me what store he knew I was at the 59th avenue and McDowell location in Phoenix Arizona, but he told me I should go stand in line I was like I'm having a hard time standing in line because of the pain I got to keep moving, and he said you're at the 59th avenue right they'll tell you because I couldn't find that part on the 59th avenue and McDowell one that's why I called him for help because they were busy like they always are so me being in pain was trying to make it faster but the young man failed me I wasn't going to sit there and repeat myself to common sense of blatantly telling him that's why I'm calling you to tell me what store so I didn't catch his name but I'm disappointed with that young man's customer service and that happened probably 10 minutes ago. It's unfortunate to have to do this I usually have a problem with your last products getting the wrong part and the box you always have to check it which teaches me I always have to check it but as a customer we should expect when we get a box of a part we've requested without doubt it should be the right part and that box matching the part number.
