Being that this is 24rs this is so useful for my business for emergency repairs and late projects…… but the employees there either put you on hold for an hour or straight up hang up the phone on you. Why stay open and even bother. I think this is a sign to give this business a break.
- MBMr. BarwiDec 22, 20251.0I asked for help to replace a headlight and they denied to help because it involved removing a cable the younger guy ask the older one and older one replied "if you need help we'll help you" i replaced it in less than 5 minutes. If you can't help a customer replace a headlight you shouldn't even be working at autozone period. The staff here sucks. I came here as an emergency. It was late at night somewhere around 4:40 AM. Imagine if I was an old person who didn't know anything about vehicle or maintenance. Not to mention there was 3 to 4 employees doing nothing and no customer in the shop. This truly sucks.
