He put my battery in effortlessly and I was kind of standing over asking questions and he never scolded or hit me with a , “ let me do my job.” He was answering very quickly without being condescending . Checked battery , paid for battery and got it changed all in quick succession . No waiting around no worrying and no issues , very great interaction. I’ve had issues at other car places including dealerships themselves but auto zone has always been good to me and it’s why I buy all my stuff at auto zone and this location is no exception.
