  I didn’t catch the name of the brown haired young man who helped me this afternoon, but he had some cool piercings so hopefully that’s a telltale of who I’m speaking about , apologies! He was really really helpful and informative in a way I could digest and comprehend. I was dealing with some coolant issues and he helped me on the spot showing me how to do things and giving me some advice for the future. Zero issues with the car after . He was also well versed in my specific car and had some stories to tell / experience . Eased a lot of my worries and gave me some ideas on what to keep an eye on to prevent or manage said issue if it ever arises again to keep it safe . I’m super grateful and hopefully he gets a raise cause he was efficient and super professional . A team right there

  Kepler Kepler Kepler.. had my check engine light come on this morning and immediately stressed out. Came to AutoZone and Kepler helped me run a diagnostics on my car showed me everything I needed in order to do the job and even when I had problems while on his lunch break came out and helped me this man needs a raise. AutoZone will definitely be my auto parts store from now on. Thanks again, Kepler.

  Very helpful store had just left another store on bell rd that didn't have a warranty battery and where I had to self checkout really weird 😐 this Thunderbird location was great and friendly.
