I tried calling the location first but kept being put on hold for extended periods of time - I should have known from that -that my experience wasn’t going to go so well. The employee that helped me was mediocre at best, no real customer service, and once he replaced my battery he left the hood of my car open and walked away. Not really too big of a deal but the whole experience just made it feel that my business wasn’t valued. Sometimes it’s worth paying a little more for an overall better experience. I’ll be going elsewhere once the warranty expires.
