  If I could give a zero star I would. Worst customer service ever. They give you attitude. I can go on and on but go and experience yourself. Gone are the days real customer service. I tried to call the manager and got the same attitude from him. This generation have no respect and they act like they doing you favor. Im now an O'Reilly shopper at least there they are a little better than this. Dump. Go give it a try. You will be disgusted.

  John c needs to find a new job. He refused to change the battery for my wife. His words “ I will break your battery you should go to o’reilys or wait for my manager or go to mechanic. Didn’t think changing a battery on a 2007 civic was complicated.

  I’m extremely disappointed with how this AutoZone handled a clear case of negligence. I accidentally left my keys at this location. Multiple staff members later confirmed—both by phone and in person—that the keys were found, recognized, and placed in the store safe for secure keeping. Several employees knew exactly what the keys looked like, and multiple managers were aware of the situation as well. When I returned to retrieve them, I was informed that the keys were discarded by the district manager, despite the fact that they were known, identified, and supposedly secured. After repeated follow-ups and being told multiple times that I would receive a call back (which never happened), I finally spoke to the store manager, James. He stated that he spoke with the district manager and that AutoZone “will not be paying for that.” To be clear: This was not a lost-and-found misunderstanding. The keys were acknowledged, identified by multiple staff and managers, placed in the safe, and then improperly disposed of. What makes this worse is that at no point has anyone apologized or taken responsibility. The lack of accountability, professionalism, or basic courtesy is shocking. Because of this, I will be: • Filing a formal complaint with AutoZone corporate • Submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau • Filing a police report to document the loss of personal property while under store custody • And escalating to small claims court if necessary to recover replacement costs This situation creates obvious inconvenience, financial loss, and serious security concerns. The way this location conducts business is embarrassing, and I am disgusted by how this was handled. I strongly caution anyone about trusting this location with personal property or expecting reasonable resolution when a mistake is made
