James was kind enough to swap batteries in less than 10 minutes. Costumer service like that will keep me coming back. Thank you very much James!

I bought a new headlight bulb for my Civic and Brian helped me out really good personality and he was very attentive even right after the systems crashed and left us waiting til it came back up. I was in a really tight spot moneywise and he helped me get the bulb I needed and he even assisted with putting in for me. Really great customer service!
- CHcodi hDec 24, 20251.0So it’s 9:30pm, and there were customers in the store, checking out, but the door was locked. There was no sign on the door yet, but the employees on staff (a man and a woman) kept giving us nasty looks, until finally they go to unlock the door and let the customers out, and they put up these handmade orange signs on the door saying they had to be closed for 20-30 minutes with no explanation other than they “were down”. The customers that were in the store go outside to put their new windshield wipers on, and then about 10 minutes later, the man comes out seeing they are having trouble, and offers them back inside to get a refund, still not allowing us inside, and proving their computers still worked. At this point we are in a hurry with the rain and quite frustrated, and left to get our wipers elsewhere. Never going back to this autozone when we are in need! If you are going to be open till midnight, be open till midnight. I also saw another review about this from 2 months ago, so this is clearly an issue.

I was shocked at how great she was!!!! Awesome location ;)
- AWAvery WDec 12, 20255.0Victor who was working today on 12/12 is doing a 12/12 job. That man was busy and with a long line like 6 people deep he knocked it out in like 2 minutes. Also translating a different language for help his team, people like him is the reason why business like this are doing well. Whatever yall paying him double, triple it.
