So i dealt with a guy names chris, he was a grey shirt. I originally asked him to look up if i had a warranty in the inner tie rod ends for my truck(turns our i just had 6 or 8 different warranties for the outer) so i ask him to check 2 otger numbers i could have warranties with, hes obviously irritated by this so i just cut it short and knowing both inners are the same i only buy 1. So i get home and start taking my truck apart so i can get to the alignment place today so i asked my buddy to grab a inner tie rod off my rack and go warranty it out for a new one so i had a set of new ones, this guy starts complaining to my friend about how i made him search through all these different numbers and how he refuses to warrany it out because i just bought it and made him do his job. So tell me why im denied a warranty, because i made you search 3 numbers for a warrany? Thats your job. The warranty is on the part i brought in. (Off my truck) they should absolutely be warrantyimg it out. Just extremely frustrsting. I spend more money in this store than i do on rent, and id rather not be hassled over a warranty he should have done for me

The lady in the front and DIY when I walked up then she had an attitude with getting me the right parts and then I had to go in the back for commercial so I feel like you guys need to crack down on the phone and actually do the job that you are there to do because every time I go in there there's always somebody on their phone and not wanting to do their job Adrian in commercial is the best he always helps me out never has a problem with anything and needs to be promoted

I purchased what was supposed to be an original GM mass air flow sensor for my Chevy van. The sensor was not the original GM sensor and after I installed it my van would not even run. I cleaned the old one and put my ORIGINAL GM one back on and my van runs perfect. Autozone pulled a bait and switch on me. NEVER will I buy parts from them again!!!!
