She took her time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood each step. Even as she was finishing her shift, she still took the time to continue helping and guiding me — that level of dedication truly stood out and meant a lot. Bryan C. was also extremely helpful and kind. He offered great tips and tricks, answered all my questions, and went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience possible. It was so convenient to being able to use certain tools they had , we borrowed some for free snd turned it after. That was very much helpful. Both Sandy and Bryan went above and beyond with their customer service. They made me feel supported, valued, and confident in what I was doing. I’m genuinely grateful for their time, patience, and professionalism — they’re both a huge asset to the team! They BOTH deserve a raise or something to appreciate them.
