Unfortunately, I was assisted by Jose, and what should have taken about three minutes ended up taking nearly 30 minutes. During that time, he repeatedly stopped working on my request to do other tasks and print receipts for other things, leaving me standing there waiting with no explanation or urgency. The customer service was very poor. He even asked for my phone number twice, which made it obvious he wasn’t paying attention. When I asked why he needed my phone number again and if it was for some type of warranty, he said no and that he just needed to “fill out my information.” However, no other information was taken or provided, which made the situation even more confusing and unprofessional. I usually have decent experiences at AutoZone, but this visit was disappointing and unnecessarily time-consuming. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience.

He didn’t even look up told me to use the kiosk. I still had a question he let out a big sigh like he was being bothered to do his job. O oh oh oh Riley’s is probably where I’ll end up next time
