I was nervous about the check engine light being on and he reassured me they would help figure it out. He did a diagnostic test and was able to find a solution quickly. It is one less thing I need to worry about on this busy week ahead. Thank you auto zone for hiring Veterans and humans like Larry S, he is the only reason why I will drive this location next time specifically. Thanks Larry S!
- KKKalashnikovDudeNov 21, 20255.0I took my mom's van to this AutoZone location for a free OBD test to see what code it was throwing this time. As we drove up we caught Larry S. Before he got in the door as he was helping another customer with a test. We told him what we looking looking for. He said he wasn't sure if the test would work as the engine light had to be on at start up for his scanner to read the code. He was hesitant when I explained it wasn't per say, an engine light. But a message saying "engine management problem". But then he said he'd give it a try. As we're walking toward the van, he tells is he's actually clocked out and was leaving. Not angry or upset. Friendly and telling us it was alright. So he hooked up and retrieved the codes. And printed them out for us to chase down later online. Above and beyond service with a smile. There was absolutely no incentive to be as accommodating as he was. Here's a guy who understands customer service and professionalism. He's right here at this AutoZone. If AutoZone has what you need Larry S. will see that you get it. When I need parts, products, or services, this is where I'll come. Highly recommended.
