  The nighttime manager Michael absolutely runs circles around other autozone employees. Did a commercial return with the new part I needed like it was as easy as breathing. This man needs a raise ASAP.

  Absolutely The Worst Automotive Parts Supply Store in Phoenix. Brian Bell is the Store Manager- 100% on him as a Miserable human being- he Will Completely Ruin Your shopping experience, his presence, demeanor, attitude and complete lack of everything to do with customer service, personable interaction could weigh on your good energy or mood upon entering the store when hit with the smug rude frowned uncomfortable stare along with his immediately overbearing presence has prevented me from coming to this location for the past 2 years. Today was reminded why I will literally go anywhere else, it’s unfortunate that this 1 representative of Auto Zone Completely prevents me from choosing to go to any auto zone anywhere. Do yourself a favor and get your supplies anywhere else- if this company allows this type of person to run a store then they probably have comparable people in other stores- unfortunate considering this used to be a company that I knew several people who maintained corporate accounts here- all of them now have accounts with oRiley- definitely letting everyone know to avoid at all costs
