Johnnie was very courteous as well in helping me feel welcome at this location. They are great and went out of their way on this rainy night to replace my battery and I appreciate it. 10 stars.

With a fresh charge on my battery I headed straight to Auto Zone the next morning. I was greeted by Ashad who selected AND installed a new battery on the spot. I also picked up a new set of wiper blades which Ashad also put on. Auto Zone’s ASTOUNDING customer service should be a benchmark that other retailers and service providers aspire to.
