- MCMatt ClipperNov 12, 20195.0I've been using Armstrong Automotive for my major auto repair needs for several years now, and I always go back because I have 100% confidence in their honesty and ability to repair my car with quality parts in a timely manner at a fair price. Quinn and his team do a great job, and they stand behind their work. Recently, I took my wife's 2013 Ford Escape in due to an unusual sound coming from underneath the car when the steering wheel was turned to either side. I thought the cause might have been a failing steering rack or a bad linkage. I was bit surprised when Quinn diagnosed it to be failing strut mounts, since his team had only replaced the struts and mounts 14 months prior. When I explained this to Quinn and showed him the receipt, he said that even though the parts were well out of warranty, they should last many years and that he would contact his parts supplier to see what he could do. Even if the parts were provided free-of-charge from his supplier, I was still fully expecting to pay for labor. Much to my surprise, Quinn replaced the struts and strut mounts completely free of charge! I have a decent understanding of auto mechanics, as I typically perform my own vehicle maintenance, and a less reputable auto mechanic could have probably convinced me that other steering parts would have needed replacement (at unnecessary costs to me). I appreciate Quinn's honesty and integrity, and will continue to utilize his team's services for my major automotive repairs.

I recently brought in a vehicle that had sitting for a while and they only addressed what needed done. They never call or bug me for service or mailers. They are just a great, busy, auto shop, that knows well how to take care of customers and ther vehicles.
