  Héctor Reyes was top notch, from the moment I drove up he saw me outside waiting, I got to the shop a bit early and he was kind enough to check me in before my appointment Héctor was very respectful and knowledgeable. Did the oil change and alignment within an hr, called me up got my keys . Definitely a good dude Ive been coming to this location since I moved from California but haven't been here since I moved a bit further down away from location, but I'm definitely coming and doing all my business here. Thank you Hector 👍 10/10 service

  Fast and friendly people at this location. Hector, Marc and Jay gave amazing customer service and explained how everything works. They didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. Even scheduled me for general maintenance that was half the price of the dealer.

  The guy Hector kicked me out the store because he's too sensitive. He started with attitude since the get go. There is a reason I haven't taken my truck there since 2021. All they do is try to add more and more stuff. They don't like you if you don't go for it. Terrible experience. Never again.

  Jay and David took excellent care of “Veronica” today at the 7715 W Lower Buckeye location. Her headlights shine bright, once again!! Always appreciate their professionalism, their timeliness and their pricing. Nice to talk a little Niner Football as well! You guys ROCK!!!

  I had high hopes of getting my AC service done on time. Since I dropped off my vehicle in the morning, I also called to check my status on my vehicle. Which I was told it was going to get checked at 4:45pm. Around 6:24 pm they still hadn’t checked or touched my vehicle until I asked at the front desk if they had made any progress yet. Mind you they close @5:30pm therefore I made a decision I would rather take my vehicle somewhere else that will communicate with you about your vehicle and provide a correct answer with a time estimate, rather than guessing when it should be done. I would prefer Firestone or somewhere better that will provide better communication than saying “ we are going to check your car right now”
