They completed both the inspection and repair quickly (from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.), and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell anything—only recommended what was actually needed. It’s hard to find trustworthy service like this. Highly recommend!

I only know how to pump gas and change a flat tire! So AC problems in Phoenix close to summer was not on my list. Antonio not only explained everything to me in ways I can understand but he helped me feel safe knowing he isn't trying to pull a fast one on me. The pricing he gave me was not what I was expecting so he took the time to see what additional options he could help with. Never have I ever been to a place that said "if you get a better price and you feel comfortable go to them, I just want what's best for you and your vehicle." Welp.. no matter the price, HE WON MY BUSINESS!! Thank you Brakes Plus and Antonio for being honest and truly looking out for what's best for us customers. Please take your vehicle business to them, you won't be disappointed!!!
