John G was so great and helpful! He was super kind and honest about maintenance that was needed for my car. Explained everything to a "lay person" like me. The service and quality is excellent and this location; I've been coming for several years. Tom, the manager, is really great too. Also, they have Wifi while you're waiting which is great when you need to get stuff done. Highly recommend!

Jason and John were very helpful. This is a great place to take your car or truck to they are really honest. My truck had a brake pad sensor keep coming on indicating the pads were low and possibly needed to be replaced. When they checked the pads they were good and just needed to reset the error.
Will go back again if needed for service.

Terrible customer service & gaslighting from the “white” guy there wearing black work shirt, and black hat today. Wouldn’t recommend they’ll also try to scam you out of money for things you don’t even need. Taking my car somewhere actually capable of the work they claim they can do.

Im here from out of state alone traveling & came to this shop to have them look at my front rotors for some noise i kept hearing & they did an oil change. The gentleman I dealt with was highly offended when I questioned what he was telling me. I assume because I am a female, or maybe he just has big ego issues. He did an oil change, & has that going for him I suppose. As far as brakes - he tried to upsell while giving false information & not actually diagnosing anything. He claimed I needed to redo all 4 sets of brakes entirely, (only front rotors needed) but then back tracked when I told him I had the pads replaced this passed Monday, & was fully aware the backs were good so no need for pads or backs as he claimed I needed those replaced already, I told him I noticed no grooves on the rotors etc from there he tells me “rotors are all completely shot and need replaced, but the calipers are wearing evenly so those are fine, it’ll be 1k” despite all life time warranty parts, on top of half the service not even needing to be done since the backs are good and the pads are all good. obviously further training is needed for these techs or at least the one I dealt with. He also tried to tell me I didn’t have a transmission dip stick. When I made it aware I knew what he was saying made no sense & was incorrect he got even more offended and snarky. I asked him to speak to my partner who is an actual mechanic because again it made no sense to even him as I was sending audio recordings to my partner so I didn’t mistake anything and this offended the worker even more. He refused to talk to my partner on the phone, I wouldn’t recommend, I get you have to upsell but know what you’re talking about. Ten mins after leaving I took it elsewhere and they confirmed brakes are all good, pads are all good, & it appeared the issue I was hearing was actually from a rock stuck. My cars no longer making noise and I saved 1k I didn’t even need to spend. I have since uploaded the video to my social media followings which Unknown to him the entire encounter was recorded along side the next shops proper diagnosis.
