  Bailey has Top Tier customer service! He answered all my questions, and explained everything in detail so I could really understand! I hate doing anything car related, but he made me feel super comfortable. He is very patient and super knowledgeable and I felt at ease buying what I needed. I trusted his judgment and recommendations, and there was no pressure to buy parts. If I need help again in the future, I won’t hesitate to come back…now give this man a raise lol!!!   I came in knowing that I had a refrigerant leak in my 2017 civic and wanted to rent a kit to check the pressures. Unfortunately because of its cost, a 1234yf gauge kit is not readily accessible so I instead spent $130 on a can of freon with a digital gauge and it worked perfectly. My AC is blowing cold again and I did it for substantially cheaper than any shop would charge, even for a diagnostic exam. Shout out to Ryan who was such a helpful employee and helped me through the entire process from picking out the freon to showing me how to use it on my car, 10/10 service!

  What I love about AutoZone is that they install your new battery for you!! They Also install anything you purchased whether it’s wiper blades or brake fluid that’s full Customer Service and I appreciate that!!
