  Thank you for the moment you helped me. I wasn’t able to cut her name, but this be my testimony. Thank you for helping me find the right part even though everything online said that my car came with a different type of headlight. Thank you for not losing your patience with me and thank you even more for offering to help me without having an ask. I went down to the valley and I didn’t receive the same sort of treatment that they give people here in Payson. No wonder why God put us so close to him in the sky. Such a high elevation. Thank you for being my friends. Thanks for helping provide the pools to allow others to get an education, even when the part often get put back or thrown out. Payson made some beautiful stuff. I would take this store with me to my grave.

  Tonight was rainy and our wipers were gone Julio (cutie pie) the manager was outstanding he and his team worked hard to find her impossible wipers we could not find and he finally found something for us and he really helped us out he is outstanding and so is his team thank you so much we really appreciate you guys!

  I had issues with a very simple repair earlier at O’Reilly’s; it was just changing the fuse on the car charger. And when I was at O’Reilly’s, I had lost my tool, had to buy another, and still couldn't get the fuse out with the simple plastic tool I was given. After wrestling with that for about an hour, I conceded and drove away. Later in the day, I drove past this AutoZone, went inside, and explained my situation to one of the workers there, Christian. And with no hesitation, he understood my issue and loaned me a pair of needle-nose pliers, which I used to get the stubborn fuse out in two seconds. I felt acknowledged that it was a pain to do it, that sometimes having a better tool will solve the issue, and I felt seen in knowing that, whereas when I was at O’Reilly’s, the staff did not give me any form of assistance, and in fact, pushed another sale on me instead. Thank you, Christian, for your help. As someone who doesn't do many car repairs and was very frustrated by what should’ve been a two-minute repair taking over an hour, I really appreciate it. Coming to you in my time of need, you were there to meet the moment and help with no judgment. You stand above the rest of the retail automotive workforce in the industry.
