  I went to this Autozone for some help with my battery after my car wouldn’t start. I had received a jump at work but went to Autozone to check my battery and was helped by a very professional staff member named Preston C. He was immediately able to help me with my warranty and even exchanged the old battery for the new one. In the process, he helped me find and add a new bolt to stabilize the battery as I hadn’t realized one of them was missing to keep the battery from moving. He was quick, friendly, efficient and professional. Great staff and service!

  Talked to Charles about upgrading and changing my battery. He got everything together and swapped out the batter very quickly. Highly recommend this location ans will be back in the future.

  I came in with a broken brake light and was merely trying to purchase the bulb. Nicholas went above and beyond and helped me change it right then and there. I am immensely grateful. Give this guy a raise. He is calm, helpful, and answered all my questions without an ounce of arrogance. Thank you, Nick!!

  The best customer service ever! Nicholas M was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and got me back on the road in no time. Swapped out my battery and did an amazing job! Paid great attention to detail and made sure the connections were on point.
