  I had a great experience at this AutoZone and wanted to give a shoutout to Alphonse. He went above and beyond trying to help diagnose what was going on with my car. He didn’t just give a quick guess and move on, he kept working through different possibilities and really took the time to figure things out. You can tell he actually cares about helping people instead of just getting them out the door. That kind of effort is rare and it made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. Really appreciate the patience and professionalism. If you come to this location, ask for Alphonse.

  I came to auto zone today needing some help dealing with a little bit of a musty odor from the AC when I first start the car . Alphonse was there to help me! Alphonse had a big a smile on his face, great customer service skills and a great attitude. He was very knowledgeable with close to 50 years experience fixing cars. He found the right product to help spray in the vents and in the air filter. He spent over a half hour helping to make sure everything was working well. He went above and beyond and was such a blessing. I highly recommend asking for Alphonse when you stop by autozone. What a guy! Thank you
