    Si pudiera dar ninguna estrella lo aria Faltando :30 minutos para que sea la hora de cerrar ya tenían bloqueadas las puertas para que las personas no entren ... estamos buscando algo de emergencia eh recorrido 5 o mas tiendas y aun tenía tiempo de llegar a esta y que me atendieran pero por lo visto no querían mas trabajo por hoy y se puede ver claramente que estaban ahi aun ok esto son 20 min antes de la hora de cerrar

    I am a regular customer of autozone but i never tought it will be a problem to pay cash for an order of 400 in cash in case i have to return it. Travel all over the city to return something I paid cash many stores said they didn't have the cash to return the item .43rd ave and McDowell dis the extra mile to put money together in order to be able.to return the item . Do you really think autozone don't have the cash to return or there's something else going out they didn't tell.us. ? Thanks a that person on 43rd and McDowell location to do the extra mile. Very happy with his customer service.

    Went in with a xnon bulb needed replaced. Employee (Zion S) came back with one confirming it was the correct bulb without letting me see it. Upon opening package and noticing bulbs were different, I went back into store to ask employee. Who then came back with the correct bulb even though I was told the one I bought was the correct and only bulb they had. Regardless of having the correct bulb I needed I was denied return or an exchange even though it was employees mistake. As shown in pictures, both bulbs are clearly different.

    Very disappointed with the customer service at this AutoZone. I attempted to return a part that did not fit my vehicle, and the employee refused to process the return and told me to go to a different AutoZone because he “was not going to take it.” The part was in new condition and within the return period. Being sent to another store instead of being helped is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve returned parts before without issues, so this experience was frustrating and unnecessary. Customer service should help solve problems, not pass them off to another location.
