  System is down. they’re only taking cash sold me a defective product and they couldn’t do an exchanges ridiculous poor product wasted 40$ and manager on duty told me I’d be able to go to any location to get an exchange made so I will be filing a complaint with corporate

  One thing I hate is calling just to find out some prices and to see if it's available but they rather not pick up the phone because they're waiting till midnight just to switch over I respect that and understand they got to do what they got to do but in between the time that they got for that switch to happen they got time to tell any customer the pricing and availability so they got to stop that crap seriously because all you got to do is let the customer know while you're on the phone that we are going to be transitioning we only got an open window to get you to know about availability and if we carry the part or we have to order it that's all they got to say but no too many people slacking off or just rather wait for the and not answer the phone or hang up on u in the mist of calling Worst thing only a few people can only enter and the rest has to wait outside come on man either start putting security to help out and people can walk in and since autozone or any autoparts place like to screw over there employees so either pay them fairly so there no issues and no revolving door at a place that I would not recommend to anyone 🤔 because of how things are period so fix that

  really bad experience having to do with racist comments. felt super uncomfortable and not welcome by a employee named AJ or Adrián didn’t catch the name right. and when being told that his comments where not appropriate he laughed out loud and said he didn’t care. he was going on about how immigrants should not been welcomed also proceded to talk bad about his manager and coworkers to costumers. supper unprofessional and unacceptable for a grow man.

  I have never had an issue with this location until today. I ordered 4 fuel injectors and paid in advanced. I was informed that these injectors would arrive same day (03/20/26) from their Phoenix Hub. The cashier that assisted me on my 03/20/26 at 11:00AM was Jamie. Please train your employees lacked knowledge how to find parts in the shelf. I returned again at 11:30PM to pick up my order. I found out that it was not order. I was informed that the way Jamie did the transaction was incorrect. Now I have a charge of 330 dollars and no injectors. Thank you Delmy C for helping out and doing your best to help out. 2 stars since Delmy helped out otherwise it would be zero stars
