- OBOlivia BalmanApr 6, 20261.0This autozone has the worst customer service. I’ve been multiple times and each time i barely get so much as a mumble out of employees. Almost every time I’ve been there hardly anyone is around the front desk, You have to wait forever to get help. This most recent time I just needed to get my battery checked and found out that it was bad. They didn’t have the battery I needed and told me to go down the street. naturally, my car didn’t start again, and I couldn’t get a single employees attention to help me . Waited for an employee to come help someone else in the parking lot and finally asked them there.

I was then sent to another location (Indian School rd nearby). They apologized but at the time I didn't need one, I just wanted to make sure my car doesn't stall out at the parking lot. I wonder what would have happened had my battery actually crapped out at the parking lot. Would they have refused service and asked me to call my insurance too?! Since when did Auto Zone selectively provide service? Is it because I don't look like I'm from that area (I am from the East Valley, and not trying to go the extreme thinking this is related to my race). Am I missing something?
