  The first time I came in here I cannot remember the name of the lady but she was so super sweet and helped me put the new battery in my key fob and showed me that there's a key inside of it 🤯 Today I came in and Gerardo was so sweet and helped me figure out the size of my windshield wiper blades and showed me how to put the new ones on and take the old ones off. I wish I knew that lady's name she's an African American lady so sweet. I appreciate both of their kindness and to be helpful.

  Arrived at 6:45am because online said the store opened at 7:00am. Sat outside until 7:35am when someone finally arrived to open the front door. Once they finally opened and I got into the store I was both surprised and disappointed that no one bothered to at least apologize for being over 30 minutes late to open. I will not be going back to this location.

  I went in today because one of my headlights went out and Gerardo helped me right away. He immediately walked with me to my car to make sure we got the right bulb. He already assumed he was installing it for me. I didn’t even have to ask. He got the bulb. He did not try to upsell me for a two pack. I just went and got what I needed, he was crazy fast and as a female that hesitates to walk into any auto store, because I always get treated some type of way… this was actually an amazing experience. I would go back just to have him help me again because his service is excellent!

  Misael was so fantastic and I witnessed him actually helping an old lady purchase some light he actually paid them and helped put them on, makes me believe in humanity. Someone please acknowledge him and his good actions. I was very impressed. We need more people like him 🙏🏻
