  It was the most wonderful experience, and Kevin along with his team were incredibly helpful and friendly. The service was quick and efficient, making the whole process much easier. Kevin was particularly helpful, sharing some really valuable information that will help me fix a few issues with my car. I truly appreciated their support and professionalism!

  Gage and his crew were great and courteous. I have never gone anywhere but the Kia deSler for my oil changes but I believe GGe has changed my mind!

  I thought everyone was professional at what they did the manager was just outstanding they did a great job and went beyond they're duty by pointing out some other issues with my car thanks jiffy lube

  So I called first before I went here and he tried to hustle me from the get go. He said it was $58 and chg for an oil change and I said thanks but I can get it done cheaper. He then said he had a 50%off coupon and come on in and give them a try. This just says to me that he should have been straight with me to start with about the coupon but was hoping to gouge me for twice that amt. Secondly we hen the kid with the wild hair took off the air filter to show me how dirty it was he then left a screw halfway out when putting it back on but I was watching and I caught him just walk away from a job half-assed. (Typical kid move). Then the boss came over (obviously irritated that I caught his guy doing substandard work) and tried his hand at it at no avail. Now I'm just wishing I'd never gave jiffy lube another chance. Finally the black dude( the only one in the shop apparently that is conscientious and thorough, and was able to get the screw in. I wish I had gotten his name because I'd hire him on my handyman crew any day👍.God only knows if the other guy stripped the oil plug or if they even changed the filter at all because they don't show you the old one conveniently. DONT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE OR THE ONE ON CAREFREE! Or take your chances. I pray to God in heaven that they didn't screw anything up major! They are very polite though I'll give them that

  After making a stop at brake masters to get an estimate for a regular oil change for my 2009 infinity QX56 that uses 6.6 of oil. They were trying to charge close $270, the man went over some BS of charges; he thought I was going to go for it. I googled juffy lube and was close by. As I approached one of the young guys, I let him know what I wanted done and he just gave me a price straight forward $129 with 6.6 of oil and the filter. Then Gage the assistant manager offered an air filter for additional $29 which I agreed and also expressed my previous encounter; he was so understanding and said that they take pride in being transparent specially if a female because he is heard of so many stories; all the young man were professional and polite. I need paying $130 for everything Gage was kind to add a cupón that I wasn’t aware of. My over all experience was more than I expected. This is going to be my to go place for now on for all my care maintenance services. Thank you Gage for all your support.
